Excisions
If you were required to give a biopsy sample during your skin check your doctor will contact you with your pathology results. Depending on your biopsy results you may require an excision. There is an additional fee to pay when pathology results arrive back, this fee is dependant on outcome of pathology and is completely Medicare rebateable.
If required an excision operation can be performed at our clinic by a qualified doctor at your preferred date and time. The operation is carried out under local anaesthesia.
Once complete the doctor will treat your wound and provide an outline of the recovery process and any necessary follow up required specific to your circumstances to assist in a speedy recovery.
